This new luxury hotel and residences brand is launched in 2014 with three developments on two continents with a gross development value of US$3.2bn (£2.1bn). The launch comprises a conversion of an iconic hotel in London and two new management contracts in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. The strategy and design were based on insights from comprehensive global research on new luxury.
